Dear People of Sonoma County,
I have been honored and privileged to have served as your District Attorney for seven and a half years.

The results have been dramatic:

• A significant drop in violent crimes overall in Sonoma County and Santa Rosa in particular
• A new homicide unit with a strong conviction rate
• A diverse, highly motivated team, with 50% women and bilingual capabilities to serve all of Sonoma's populations
• Ongoing Senior Summits and Victim Rights Awareness weeks
• Community and public safety partnerships such as creating the North Bay Regional Gang Task Force, and working with the Santa Rosa Boys & Girls club for a new gang prevention program, now expanded to the Sonoma Valley and Petaluma.
• An open door policy for community input on how we can better serve you
